We are committed to delivering your custom order with care and precision. Please review the following shipping and pickup options:

Order Process & Fulfillment

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email from Info@precisionprintmi.com to confirm design details. A digital proof will be sent within 1–2 business days. Once you approve the design, your item(s) will ship within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Options

• UPS Flat Rate (3–4 Business Days): Includes shipping, handling, and insurance. Shipping costs vary by item and will be calculated at checkout.

 

• Local Pickup: Free in-store pickup is available at our Downers Grove, IL location. Select this option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

 

Note for Bulk Orders: For large or bulk orders, please contact us before placing your order to coordinate shipping costs and fulfillment timelines.

Handmade Products

Custom Home Plates and artisan wood pieces are handcrafted and may take up to 5 weeks to complete depending on order volume and design complexity. We’ll coordinate shipping timelines with you as needed.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Once your item is marked as delivered by the shipping provider, the buyer has 24 hours to notify us of any delivery issues. Please email Info@precisionprintmi.com with any concerns and include your order details.
